Easy to grow, Beet Cardeal produces golf ball sized, succulent baby beets with very sweet, smooth skinned, rich red fleshed roots.

Sow seeds from March to July. Sow seeds thinly direct outside or in containers, 13mm deep. Thin as necessary to 25mm apart, or to 5mm for larger roots. Keep well watered during dry weather.
