Rafael RZ is a small green cos lettuce with an attractive cylindrical shape, fine ribs and firm leaves. It has a very sweet flavour and is suitable for whole heads, hearts and processing. Rafael RZ is strong against tipburn and is slow bolting. This variety is suitable for open-field production, hydroponics and plant factories.
